On the new typical characters in the “real istic impact wave”

摘要：
现实主义作家们在众多作品中塑造了一批具有时代色彩的基层干部形象，这些典型表现出来的复杂性、矛盾性和多层面的性格特征，是当今社会现实改革的产物，在他们身上既能揭示改革的艰难和不良反映，又为改革的发展指明了方向，具有深刻的现实意义。
Abstract：
The realistic writers have portrayed many images of their times at the basic level.The complexity,paradox,and multiple personality of these characters are the outcomes of the present social reforms,which reflects the difficulties and negative influence as well in the reforms and presents a clear picture of the future reform.These images are of great realistic significance.
