My fresh idea on civilian-run enterprises

摘要：
民营经济的发展及其在国民经济中的作用在我国已经得到确认，但是，民营经济的先天不足及运行中遇到的诸多问题，又严重影响着其进一步发展。随着新世纪的到来，民营经济必须在与国有企业、外资企业的竞争中，重新审视自己、改造自己，否则，就难以扩大自己的市场份额，发挥其应有的积极作用。
Abstract：
The development of civilian-run enterprises and their function in the national economy have been recognized.However,there are a lot of problems in the management of civilian run enterprises which have a negative influence on their development.With the coming of the new century,the civilian run enterprises must have reflections and remould themselves in the tough competition with state run enterprises and foreign funded enterprises.Otherwise they may fail in enlarging their market and bringing their function into full play.
