摘要：
邓小平关于经济和社会发展的“适度”思想，渗透在经济、政治、社会各领域，主要表现为经济发展速度的适当，经济和社会发展中机遇的把握，在制定政策时既要反“左”又要反右，经济和社会发展的目标要切合实际等几个方面。
Abstract：
Deng Xiaoping's thinking on moderateness in economic and social development is reflected in economy,politics,and different fields of society,including moderate speed in developing economy,making good use of the opportunities in economic and social development,struggling against the ultra-left or right trend of thought in making policies,and working out goals in economic and social development that conform to the present situation.
