An investigation and research on the current situation of the editor’s planning of philosophy and social sciences edition journals of institutions of higher learning in Hebei Province
摘要/Abstract
在知识经济扑面而来的创新时代，河北省高校文科学报的编辑策划意识正在逐渐增强。但策划不力的问题仍较严重，具体表现是前期调查准备工作不足，许多策划达不到前瞻性、创造性、整体性、可行性等原则要求，从而影响了学报整体质量和水平的提高。解决这个问题，可以从提升对策划重要意义的认识、大力培养高素质编辑人才和健全策划管理制度等方面着手。
In the new era of knowledge economy,the awareness of planning of philosophy and social sciences edition of journals is being upgraded.But it is still far from adequate,the demontrations of which are insufficent prophase preparation,lack of perspective study,creation,unity,and feasibility,As a result,there is a difficulty in raizing the quality of the journals.In order to solve the problem,the editors must have a better understanding of the significance of planning,the professional qualities of the editors must be increased,and a sound management system of planning must be established.
