The knight’s weapons and their evolution in Middle Ages of Western Europe
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
随着中世纪骑士制度的确立，骑士的武器装备也随着作战方式的改进而改进。到 14世纪末，骑士的防护装备达到顶点，铁叶甲、头盔、武器以及马的铠甲，使骑士的作战显得非常笨重、机械，战马的奔跑速度和耐力也大打折扣。铁叶甲的普及和发展尽管使骑士的生命安全得到进一步保证，但它也预示了以战争为职业的骑士集团的命运已步入穷途末路。
Abstract：
With the establishment of Middle Ages Knight system,the knight's weapons had been improved in conformity with the improvement of war formation.By the end of 14th century,the knights' protective device had become very sophesticated.In addition to weapons,there were heary helmets,armour,and barde for horses,thus making the knights very clumsy in fighting.Though popularization of armour made knights safer in battles,it foretold that the knights, who took fighting as their accupation,were about to meet their doom.
