摘要/Abstract
50年来，中美关系变化主要形成了四个显著特点 ：一是时好时坏的不稳定的周期性变化，冷战后周期缩短，且稳定程度脆弱化 ；二是两国不是盟友也不是首要对手，但冷战后潜在的对峙日益尖锐化 ；三是影响中美关系有一系列因素，冷战后意识形态明显化 ；四是美国对华战略实施软遏制，战术上模糊，但冷战后战术上模糊明确化。影响中美关系变化的内因和外因是两国的国内因素和国际因素，而价值观对立和国家利益冲突是两国关系变化的根本原因
There are four features concerning the development of Sino American relation.1.There is periodicity of crises in Sino American relation and the stability and unstability run in cycle.After the cold war,the length of the period of this change has become shorter,and the stability is rather fragile.2.The two countries are neither allies nor mjor opponents.However,after cold war,the confrontation of the two countries has become sharper.3.After the cold war the ideological confrontation has become more marked.4.After cold war,America has been exercising strategy of containment to China.The change of Sino American relation is guided by the internal and external factors of the two countries,but the basic reason for the change is the confrontation of different values and national interests of the two countries.
