摘要/Abstract
步入 21世纪，知识经济的兴起与全球化的发展成为世界经济的两大趋势，这将使世界经济的状况发生很大变化。这些变化对发展中国家参与国际分工及发展对外贸易提出了挑战和机遇。如何顺应和利用这种趋势，积极发展对外经济关系以带动国内经济发展，成为发展中国家所面临的一个迫切问题。因此发展中国家有必要加强对各种贸易保护措施的研究，有效的利用贸易保护措施来维护自己的利益。
Knowledge economy and globalization are the two major trends in 21st centruy,and preat charges will take place regarding the world economy,which will offer both challenges and apportunities to edveloping countries.How to make best use of them to develop world-oriented economy and domestic economy has become an urgent problem to the developing countries.Therefore,it is necessary for the developing countries to enhance the study of protective measures for all kinds of trades in order to protect their national interests.
