摘要/Abstract
摘要：
抗战时期晋察冀根据地因各种天灾敌祸所致疾疫流行,给根据地人民群众带来了身心财产的重大损失。根据地党和政府在积极建立各级卫生组织、派遣各种医疗组和卫生防疫队开展疾疫防治工作的同时,还重点开展了对广大军民的宣传与动员,从而有效地预防和控制了各种疾疫的流行,转变了根据地民众的卫生观念,增进了民众对政府和军队普遍的政治认同,为晋察冀根据地的发展壮大做出了重要贡献。
Abstract：
The epidemics spreads frequently in the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei anti-Japanese base due to natural and military disasters, each bringing about heavy loss of lives. CPC helps set up levels of health organizations and have medical teams sent to fight the diseases. Massive mobilizations are carried out with an effective prevention. This enhances the political identity for the Party and government, and helps with the development of the base.
