On the formation and innovation of the thought of Deng Xiaoping on science and technnology
摘要/Abstract
邓小平的科技思想是在新中国成立以来,特别是改革开放以来的长期实践中逐渐形成的,是在以信息技术为核心的新科技革命方兴未艾和知识经济初见端倪的深刻背景下产生和发展起来的。富于创新精神是邓小平科技思想的重要特征。邓小平科技思想的创新性体现在科学技术观、科技发展战略和科技发展对策三个层次上:在科技观上的创新,是邓小平科技思想创新的理论基础;在科技发展战略上的创新,是邓小平科技思想创新的重要内容;在科技发展对策上的创新,是邓小平科技思想最富有实践指导意义的体现。
砊he formation of the though of Deng Xiaoping on science and technology has been evolved in a gradually process.It has undergone a long time from the founding of the new Chna to the period of the implement of reform and open policy.It emerged and has evolved against a historical background of the development of information technology that is the key of new revolution of science and technology and the knowledge economy.The most important characteristic of the though of Deng Xiaoping on science and technology is its spirit of innovation,which embodies three kinds of meaning,namely, the sense,the strategy and the way for the development of science and technology.The innovation in sense of science and technology is its theoretical base.The innovation in the developmental strategy in science and technology is its substantial content.Thie innovation in the developmental way of science and technology is its specific expression of its guidance and its practical significance of Deng Xiaoping's ideology on science and technology.
