The role played by university libraries in information age

摘要：
在新世纪,高校图书馆应提高图书馆人员素质,加强图书馆队伍建设,加快图书馆现代化建设,搞好图书馆现代化科学管理,开创新的图书馆服务体系,发挥图书馆在高校中的心脏作用,使高校图书馆走向新的发展道路。
Abstract：
In the new century,great efforts should be made in promoting the competence of librarians,in computerizing the library to improve it's management.A new library service system should be set up so as to break new ground for the development of university libraries.
