The establishment of dcmoncratic political power in North China during the War of Resistance

摘要：
抗战初期,中共武装在开创敌后根据地以后,建设抗日民主政权成为坚持长期抗战的中心环节。华北抗日根据地大力开展了政权建设,这种政权是真正坚持抗战的、广泛的统一战线的、廉洁高效的政权,为其他地区抗日根据地树立了榜样。
Abstract：
During the early period of the War of Resistance,having set up revolutionary bases in the rear areas,the armed forces led by Communist Party of China were engaged in the establishment of demoncratic power in Nouth China which was supported by a broad united front.The government thus established performed its duty Clear-handed and Clear-headed,setting up anexample for other revolutionary bases in China.
