摘要：
粮食统购统销制度是中国计划经济体制下针对粮食相对稀缺而采取的计划配置制度。它的实施,对中国工业、农业以至整个社会经济生活产生了深远的影响。对它在社会主义建设中的作用应作出正确评价。
Abstract：
China implemented centralized purchasing and marketing on grain in a planned way.The implementation of this policy served an important function in guaranteering the people's livelihood and promoting agricultural and industrial production.
