Rural cultural confidence and rural culture value depend on the extent of the understanding of the self-identity. Chinese farmers living in the dramatic changes do not understand them, and so they develop anxiety. They need reconstructing rural cultural values, and developing new understandings of self identity, rule by law, persisting in individualistic growth, and eventually cultural self consciousness.
