邓小平对外开放理论的形成,是在对我国革命和建设实践经验总结的基础上,在各种国际因素的驱动下形成的,是对马克思对外经济关系理论的继承和发展。研究邓小平对外开放理论形成的原因,对我国的改革开放伟业具有重大的理论意义和实践意义
Abstract：
Deng Xiaoping's theory on open policy comes from the past experience of China's revolution and reconstruction as well as the impact from various international factors,It is the inheritance and development of Marxist foreign policy of economy.The study of its origin is of great theoretical and realistic signficance in carrying on China's reform and open policy.
