A comparative study of Chinese and American attorney System and the way to improve Chinese attorney system

摘要：
律师制度是国家司法制度的一部分，是在一定范围内保证正确行使国家权力的有效保障，也是现代法治国家的重要标志。将美国律师制度与我国现行的律师制度作一对比，以其对完善我国律师制度，保障司法公正，正确处理国家权力有所启迪。
Abstract：
Attorney System is a part of the nation's judical system. It is not only a guarantee of exercising the authority of the nation but also an embodiment of a modern nation governed by law. This paper aims at making a comparative study of Chinese and American attorney system with the hope that China's attorney System could be improved so that the fairness of justice can be guaranteed.
