An analysis of the evolution of Arabian nationalism
摘要/Abstract
从20世纪初到五六十年代，阿拉伯民族主义作为摆脱异族压迫和外来统治、争取民族独立、发展民族经济、振兴阿拉伯民族的强大社会思潮和运动，长期在中东政治中居支配地位。70年代后，虽然在政治领域，阿拉伯民族主义让位于国家民族主义，但在经济和文化领域仍很活跃，它直接影响着中东的未来和社会发展。
From the early period of 1900s to 1950s and 1960s,the Arabian nationalism,as a strong social ideological trend and movement of the Arabian race to break away from the oppression of alien races and external rule,strive for national independence,develop national economy and vitalize Arabian race,has occupied a dominant position in the politics of the Middle East. After the 1970s,though Arabian nationalism gave way to state nationalism,it still played an active role in the field of economy and culture. It also has direct bearing on the future and development of the Middle East.
