Why Mao Zedong defined second plenary session of seventh contral committel as party representive conference
摘要/Abstract
毛泽东在七届二中全会的会议结论中，将二中全会的性质界定为党的代表会议，其原因主要有二：一是党中央在西柏坡时期，根据全国党组织发展的状况，多次要求各级党组织召开代表大会和代表会议，研究新的形势和任务。二是二中全会的议程和内容属于未来国家和社会发展的一系列基本政策。
In the conculsion of second plenany session of seventh contral committee,Mao Zedong defined Second Plenary Session of seventh contral committee as party representive conference because of two main reasons: Ⅰ.During Xibaipo Period ,according to the party organizations developing condition in the whole country,the party central committee had asked party organizations to convene Party congress or representive conference many times to study new stuation and tasks. Ⅱ.The agenda and centent of the Second Plenary Session are a series of fundemantl policies for the development of the nation and future society.
