How to achieve the legalization of administrative procedure
摘要/Abstract
行政执法程序的法治化是依法行政的最主要内容之一。加快实现行政执法程序法治化会对我国民主与法制建设起到积极的推动作用。实现行政程序的法治化，必须做好以下几项工作：加快行政执法程序的立法；尽快建设一支高素质的行政执法队伍；完善对行政程序的法律监督体制等等。
The legalization of administrative procedure is one of major points for administration according to law.Accelerating the legalization of administration procedure plays an positive role in pushing forward the construction of democracy and leyal institution in our country.In order to acheive this goal,several works are required to be done accelerating the legislation of administrative law enforcement procedove;orgnizirny a group of high-quality administrative law enforcement officials with the least delay;perfecting the legal supervision system for administrative procedure,etc.
