A comparative study of the Chinese and Japanese policies on modern education
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
中日近代教育政策有许多相同之处,如制定原则、注重政策理解以及政策推行中的矛盾和冲突,同时两国教育政策也有不同之处,决策人员的差距拉开了两国教育政策过程的距离,政府能力的强弱最终决定了政策的成败,因此,进行两国教育政策比较具有重要的现实意义。
Abstract：
The Chinese and Japanese policies on the modern education are similar in the principle of policy-making,focus on the comprehension and execution of the educational policies.And at the mean while,there are dissimilarities in the differences of the policy-makers that are decisive to the differences of the educational disparities in policy.The strength of the governments results in the success or failure of the policies.
