摘要：
王进珊认为报纸文艺副刊与新闻和时评并重，编辑应该具备高尚的思想品德，认真的工作态度，充分尊重作者和读者，坚持质量第一的原则。他所编的刊物具有质精品高、图文并茂、注重方式、讲究时效等鲜明的特点。
Abstract：
Wang Jinshan believes that the literary supplement of a newspaper is as important as news and comments.A devoted editor should be a noble-minded person with a strong sense of responsibility.In addition,the editor should adhere the principle of putting quality first to show his respect to the authors as well as the readers and publish the best works on the literary supplement.
