摘要：
农民问题始终是中国社会的首要问题，这是西柏坡时期的历史乃至整个新民主主义革命的历史，迄今为止的社会主义建设历史所证明了的。要推动今天的经济、政治以及社会发展，解决好农民问题仍然是首要的问题。
Abstract：
How to conduct farmers' affairs has been always a problem of the first importance in the Chinese society,which has been testified by the history of Xibaipo Period,the history of New-demoncratic Revolution Period,and the Socialist Construction Period up to now.If we are to propel social economy,politics and the society forward,how to conduct farmers' affairs is a problem of the first importance that faces us.
