摘要/Abstract
摘要：
有序推进农业转移人口市民化是加快城镇化的重要举措。利用河北省调查数据,对当前农民工融入城市的影响因素进行分析。研究发现,农民工群体主要表现为年龄结构年轻化、就业方式灵活化、行业分布集中化、收入水平低端化等特点。在影响农民工融入城市的诸多因素中,就业、住房和子女教育三大因素居首,抑制了农民工融入城市的主动性。当前,城市应作出更多的努力,完善城市发展政策,积极创造条件,为农民工融入城市创造良好环境。
Abstract：
That rural population migrate to cities in order is important for the urbanization.This paper uses the data of surveys in Hebei,and analyzes the influencing factors.Result shows that migrant workers tend to be younger,with their employment being flexible,distributions centralized,and incomes lower. Of all influencing factors,employment,housing and education for their children restrain the willingness of the migrant workers
