Political demands and right relief
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
群众利益诉求可分为政治表达诉求和权利救济诉求,因社会阶层分化和利益诉求表达机制等诸多原因,弱势群体和中间群体的话语权受到严重制约,畅通这两类群体的利益诉求表达机制和保障其实际效用,是当前我国完善和创新社会管理的重要着眼点。在分析群众利益诉求的类型与特点的基础上,对我国群众利益诉求表达机制予以类型化并分析了其存在的问题,进而有针对性地提出了对策。
Abstract：
The demands for public interests may be divided into politics and right relief.The discourse power of disadvantaged and intermediate groups is constrained,due to social strata.Building a channel through the groups may safeguard the creative social management.Based on characteristics of the interests in relation to their demands,this paper concludes with a suggestion of the mechanisms and strategies.
