The psychological strategy by US to the USSR by the early of cold war
摘要/Abstract
冷战肇始,杜鲁门政府重拾二战期间发挥巨大威力的心理战来遏制所谓的苏联共产主义扩张和渗透。为了明确美国对外心理冷战战略,杜鲁门政府出台了一系列政策文件,确立了美国对苏联实施心理战的目标、任务和主题。艾森豪威尔执政后,根据冷战局势的变化,调整了美国对苏联的心理战略目标、任务和主题,从而使美国对苏联的心理战略更加具有实效性。为了协调政府各部门有效开展对外心理战,两届政府先后建立了专门的心理战机构,采取了灵活多样的心理战策略,实现了穿越"铁幕"的心理宣传,成功地将"真理"传送给了苏联民众,最终扭转了美国冷战初期的不利局面。
By the early of cold war,the Truman administration tries to find every means to contain the expansion of Soviet Communist,with psychological warfares becoming one of the strategies.The Truman administration makes its policies,and clarifies its strategic targets,tasks and themes.As Eisenhower takes office,he makes adjustments,rendering the psychological warfare more effective.Psychological warfare institutions are set up,and strategies turn more flexible.This eventually passes the truth over the iron curtain to the Russian people,which ultimately helps US during the cold war.
