摘要/Abstract
摘要：
礼治和德治思想是贯穿《资治通鉴》中的重要思想,在《资治通鉴》中,礼治思想是意识形态的最高准则,德治思想是封建社会的执政纲领。“立政以礼”是封建君主制必须坚持的基本原则,“为政以德”则是贯彻基本原则的思想路线,而教化是礼治和德治的具体实践。历史证明,礼治和德治思想是有生命力的。
Abstract：
The ritual and moral rulings are the main stream of thoughts in Comprehensive History Retold as a Mirror for Rulers,in which the ritual ruling is the ultimate principle of ideology,and moral ruling the program of administration in feudal society.Ritual-based and moral-oriented administrations prove capable.
