Reflections on the construction of Chinese financial system
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
无论市场主导型和银行主导型的金融体系都存在缺陷。金融体系建设是金融中介和金融市场相互推动演变的动态过程。金融体系的建设应该以提高金融效率为目标。我国金融体系的建设处在由银行主导型向市场主导型过渡的中间阶段,应该以完善资本市场和实现商业银行的现代化转型为主要内容。
Abstract：
Either market-oriented or bank-oriented financial system can hardly be tenable.Hence it is argued that the construction of a financial system is a dynamic process of the activities by the financial media and markets,likewise,it should target at high efficiency.Chinese financial system is currently undergoing the transition from bank orientation to market orientation,so the improvement of the capital market and the modernization of commercial banks are the focus.
