On the world-wide environmental problems and the rising of the environmental NGO

摘要：
近二三十年来,全球环境问题日趋严重。在它的发展过程中,逐渐表现出全球性、超越意识形态性和严重挑战性的特征。环境问题全球化的一个重要结果便是环境NGO(非政府组织)的大量涌现。环境NGO凭借自身的特点和灵活性,建立起全球网络结构,对当代国际关系产生了重大而深远的影响。
Abstract：
The world-wide environmental problems have become even more serious in the last score or more years.The course of development witnesses a series of environmental problems with obvious features of globalization,metaphysical ideology and over-challenges.Likewise,the global environmental problems give rise to a rapid emergence of the environmental NGOs,which have exerted increasingly deep effects on contemporary international relationship due to their own characteristics and flexibility.
