摘要/Abstract
摘要：
高校大学毕业生就业难已是一个社会各界普遍关注的问题。本文从大学毕业生的就业观念着手,分析了当前大学生就业现状的特点和原因,阐述了转变就业观念是解决大学毕业生就业难的关键,并提出了转变就业观念的措施。
Abstract：
While it has been a social focus that employment is getting harder and harder for college students,the writers of this paper perform the study regarding the characteristics and causes.It is claimed that the ideological perspectives are crucial to the issue.
