On the progress of the Qing literary researches in the 20th century
摘要/Abstract
20世纪清代文学研究的进展是明显的:它已由一种“义理、考据、文章”为内容的旧式“学问”,变成了严格意义上的近代人文学科；由前科学状态走上了近代科学的轨道；由宗经、征圣的研究到科学的、理性的、人性的研究；由独尊某一种观念的研究到多元化的研究。通过对清末民初(1898~1928年)、三四十年代(1929~1949年)、50年代初至70年代末(1950~1977年)、最后20年(1978~1998年)四个大的文学时段的研究,可以明了这一学术嬗变之轨迹,也可以认识近百年来清代文学研究的一些学术盲点及不足。
The progress of the Qing literary researches is evidential in the 20th century in that a stereotyped academic research of rationality,reconstruction,and textual composition is turned into a discipline with a more strict sense of modern humanity,with pre-scientific distinctions giving way to features of contemporary science,religious worships turning more science-orientated,rational,and humane,and the monotonous stereotype of research diversified.Furthermore,the 20th century is divided into the four periods respectively of 1898-1928,19291949,early 1950s-late 1970s(1950-1977),and the last 20 years(1978-1998).This chronological study may help with the detailed literary researches of the Qing dynasty.
