诉讼标的理论是大陆法系民事诉讼法学的核心问题之一。对其进行深入的研究,是民事诉讼程序规范化、精密化的要求。
Abstract：
The litigation object theory is a core of civil lawsuit.A profound exploration of the theory is expected to meet the requirement of normative and accurate procedure of lawsuit.Thus this text offers a cognitive study of the litigation object theory in relation to the current legal practices in China.
