A strategic approach to the trading disputes within the WTO framework

摘要：
自20世纪70年代以来,环境与贸易问题一直是多边贸易体制关注和研究的重要问题。世贸组织制定了一系列的有关环境的规则,但由于规则本身缺乏可操作性,WTO争端解决机构(DSB)的自由裁量权较大,其协调环境与贸易的作用不可低估。然而,DSB在协调过程中不得不面对诸多自身无法克服的困难,因此它的协调能力必定引起质疑。
Abstract：
Since the 1970s,trading conflicts have been considerably concerned in the multilateral trade systems.WTO has given rise to a series of environmentrelated rules,but they are no good for operation.Despite the powerful arbitration and coordination of the dispute solving body in WTO,there are vulnerabilities that cannot be underestimated.Therefore,this article is intended to put forward proposals on strategic options by China within the WTO framework.
