On the features of the new industrialization
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
通过对工业化一般规律的分析,以及与传统工业化的对比,可知新型工业化是以信息技术为背景,又一轮经济“飞跃式”增长的过程。其主要特征包括:产生了信息主导产业；促使经济结构由二元化向一元化收敛；实现了矿产资源的集约式开采和利用；平抑了经济的周期性波动。
Abstract：
This paper starts with descriptions of a concise analysis,and a comparison of the general rules of the traditional industrialization with the new industrialization.Based upon that it is argued that the new industrialization is a new development relying on the information technology,and thus,the paper concludes with the features of the new industrialization: an IT-dominated industry is resulted;the dualistic economic restructuring is centralized;the exploration of the mining resources is intensified;and the periodic fluctuations are effectively subdued.
