摘要：
抗日战争时期,《晋察冀日报》作为抗日根据地晋察冀边区舆论界的权威和旗帜,是边区抗战新文化传播和建设的主要载体和渠道,在充分发挥党报作为“集体组织者和领导者”的作用,大力推动边区大众的文化运动,发展和繁荣边区文艺,建立、发展边区的出版发行事业等方面发挥了不可替代的作用。
Abstract：
During the anti-Japanese war,The Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei Daily serves as authority and a banner,and a major medium of cultural dissemination in the revolutionary base.It helps with the construction of publishing business and the border culture for China.
