On the social salvation of the weak in the anti-Japanese bases
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
抗日战争时期,由于战争、灾荒等原因,抗日根据地的弱势群体问题非常严重。对此,局部执政的中国共产党和根据地政府高度重视,建立了基于根据地特定历史条件的救助体制,制定和采取了因类而异、积极与消极相结合的政策与措施,救助工作取得了显著成效。根据地在社会救助方面所积累的经验,对今天的社会救助工作及和谐社会建设仍然具有重要的借鉴和启示作用。
Abstract：
During the anti-Japanese war,the weak in the base are faced with severe difficulties caused by the war and natural disaster.The Chinese Communist Party shows great concern for them,and sets up a timely rescuing system combined with various sorts of factors to achieve the success.So this is recognized as a rich experience.
