摘要/Abstract
摘要：
协调社会各利益主体之间的关系,是构建社会主义和谐社会的主题。宪法作为国家的根本法,调整社会利益关系是其应有品性。其中,宪法的有效实施是宪法利益调整功能得以实现的关键;构建利益关系协调的和谐社会是宪法利益调整功能的终极目标。
Abstract：
The coordination of the benefits for all parties is the main theme of the social harmony.Constitution as the national fundamental law is responsible for,and capable of,the benefit coordination for all.The ultimate goal is to build up the social harmony with a harmonious relationship for all the parties.
