On the model of social security of the senior citizens in Chinese rural areas——A survey of the social security of the senior villagers in North China
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
通过社会调查了解了农村居民接受社会养老社会保障的现状,分析了农村居民的参保意愿和对养老方式选择的影响因素,探讨了我国农村的社会养老保障存在的问题,提出我国农村社会养老保障制度应向“基本社会养老保险(主线)+社区养老保障(辅助)+家庭养老支持”的复合型模式转型,同时明确政府在农村养老保障中的主导地位,加快立法,为农村社会养老保障制度提供法律支持。
Abstract：
This survey demonstrates the willingness of the Chinese rural residents,and the ways,to participate in the social security,in addition to an analysis of the factors to affect them.Moreover,this paper discusses the existing problems for the aged in the Chinese rural areas,and attempts to propose a security model of caring for them.
