Construction of the learning,service and innovation oriented Marxist ruling party
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
建设学习型、服务型、创新型的马克思主义执政党,是党的十八大提出的一项重大战略任务。"三型"执政党突出了马克思主义政党的先进本质,彰显了对共产党执政规律的科学把握,反映了党的建设新的伟大工程的系统性,是对党的建设经验的科学总结,体现了党的建设目标的新定位。建设"三型"执政党,是一项长期艰巨的系统工程,必须坚持以科学发展观为指导,紧紧围绕加强党的执政能力建设、先进性和纯洁性建设这条主线来进行,统筹谋划、整体推进,以健全的制度体系为保障。
