摘要/Abstract
摘要：
传统经济学认为,“资本雇佣劳动”是主流的企业制度。然而,近年来伴随着知识经济的来临,人力资本在经济发展和财富创造中的作用日益凸显。于是,“劳动雇佣资本”型企业模式便应运而生。但人力资本无论是在财富创造中的作用上,在企业竞争活力和生命力的问题上,还是其本身特性上,都决定了劳动雇佣资本并非企业的最优模式。
Abstract：
Whereas the conventional economy claims that the employment type of business is the mainstream system,labor resources have presently played a more significant role in the economic development and accumulation of treasures with the advent of economy of knowledge.This gives rise to the employment type of business which is even considered as the ideal model.This paper,however,questions and describes diversified discussions.
