摘要：
中国传统社会存在着大量的契约活动,并为我们留下了数量可观的契约文书。从几个中国传统契约文本及其中的套话看,传统中国人在签订契约的时候普遍对签约对方持不信任的态度,即使对方是直系亲属。
Abstract：
There are a large number of contracting activities in Chinese tradition,which yield texts of contracts.This paper discusses,with the help of the available texts,the contracting consciousness of the traditional Chinese who show universal distrust of the opponents,at the moment of contracting.
