On the cultural war in the anti-Japanese bases in Shanxi,Chahar and Hebei

摘要：
抗战时期,晋察冀边区军民在同日伪军进行军事、经济等斗争的同时,还开展了激烈的对敌文化战,它大致经历了宣传动员、对敌政治攻势和群众性文化战三个阶段,参战主体从军队、专业剧社扩大为边区全体军民,宣传重点从动员群众、瓦解敌伪军逐渐发展为积蓄力量、准备战略反攻,并揭露国民党的反动政策。它充分发挥了文化“软实力”的作用,有效地弥补了边区物质方面的劣势,扩大了中共的影响力,既为抗日战争胜利奠定了思想基础,也对解放战争胜利产生了深远的影响。
Abstract：
The soldiers and people in the Shanxi,Chahar and Hebei boundary regions hold military and economic struggles in addition to the cultural war during the anti-Japanese period.This paper studies the three periods of the cultural war: public propaganda,political offence,and massive war.Participants cover the soldiers,professional troupes and the people as a whole.It is considered as a complement of the military wars.
