On the pragmatic translation of de phrase in legal English

摘要：
法律文件语言以严谨、准确、正规、鲜明著称,有其自身的特点和语言结构。“的”字结构是法律文件中一种常见的句式,要译好这一特有的结构就要掌握其翻译方法和技巧。分析我国权威法律法规中的中英文对照条款,可进一步探讨这一特有结构的翻译技巧。
Abstract：
The language used in legal documents is formal and different from ordinary English.de,a Chinese particle,is always used.This paper studies it from the viewpoint of pragmatics on the translation of such structures.
