On the development of the circumlittoral cities of Hebei
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
以科学发展观为主导,统筹规划河北省沿海城市群发展。以秦皇岛、京唐、曹妃甸、黄骅四大港区为依托,以秦皇岛、唐山和沧州三大中心城市为基础,优化沿海城市群结构,发展壮大沿海区域中心城市,全力打造港口城市;优先支持一批产业基础好的县级市和县城率先发展成为中等城市;加强城镇基础设施建设,完善城镇功能,促进基础条件好的重点镇向现代化的小城市迈进。为沿海经济的发展提供城市群支持,对于实现河北省沿海经济强省战略具有十分重要的作用。
Abstract：
Coastal economy relies on the economic strength of the circumlittoral cities,the development of which is a strategic measure for Hebei to realize the strong coastal economy.Hebei boasts rich resources,4 ports of Qinhuangdao,Jingtang,Caofeidian,and Huanghua,and 3 port cities of Qinhuangdao,Tangshan and Cangzhou.The paper clarifies that Hebei should persist in the value of scientific development,and strengthening the port cities so as to lead smaller cities to grow accordingly.
