摘要/Abstract
摘要：
体育彩票社会责任是指我国体育彩票业对包括彩民在内的利益相关者的综合性责任,这种综合性责任包括慈善责任、伦理责任、法律责任和经济责任。我国体育彩票社会责任的承担主体是体育彩票机构,承担客体是包括彩民、销售人员、政府部门、社区、彩票供应商和环境等在内的利益相关者;体育彩票社会责任强调的是慈善和伦理责任;体育彩票社会责任是积极责任与消极责任的统一。
Abstract：
The social responsibilities of the sports lotteries include those for all stakeholders including players that cover charity, ethics, legal and economic obligations. The entity of responsibility of Chinese sports lottery is the lottery agency, whereas the stakeholders are made up of players, salesmen, government, communities, sports lottery providers, and environment. The social responsibility emphasizes charity and ethics with both active and passive dimensions
