On Hu Linyi and his man-centered conception
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
胡林翼的民本思想有其特定时代、家学和师友关系背景。它包括体察民情、严禁扰民的爱民思想；正身为范、提倡文教与节孝、旌恤伤亡的教民思想；募民勇办民团以抗匪的用民思想；以农为本并结合减漕、救荒、严禁高利贷和整理诉讼等措施的富民思想。它在理论上未有突破,但实践上开启了近代民权。
Abstract：
Hu Linyi's man-centered conception has specific features of the time,family heritage,and teacher-friend relationship.It includes the thoughtful affection,pragmatic education,volunteer-oriented application and overall enrichment of people.Despite its failure to breakthrough in theory,it initiates the contemporary sense of civil right in practice.
