摘要：
中国古代德治思想源远流长,内涵丰富,为历代统治者所推崇,对后世影响极大。毛泽东以马克思主义为指导,在唯物史观的基础上,批判地继承了中国古代德治传统,创造性地把它运用于治党治国的实践之中,从而形成了其独具特色的德治方略。
Abstract：
The ancient Chinese rule of moral is influential to the rulers of different times in history.Mao Zedong,who bases on the Marxism and materialism,has critically inherited the ancient Chinese moral rule,and applies it in the adminstration of the Party and country with specific features.
