On the historical status of the Pingbei anti-Japanese base

摘要：
平北抗日根据地是晋察冀根据地的重要组成部分。它处于冀热察三省和三个伪政权的结合部,战略地位极其重要。这一地区抗日斗争的坚持,对晋察冀乃至华北抗战的胜利,对抗战胜利后党在极其复杂的形势下进行国内斗争,都具有极为重要的意义。
Abstract：
The Pingbei anti-Japanese base is a significant component of the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei base.It is located in the region joining what were then Hebei,Rehe,and Chahar provinces,and the cartoon government,enjoying an extremely strategic importance.The anti-Japanese struggles here appear influential for the victory in the north China at a complicated domestic situation.
