A dimensional study of the personality of editors
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
编辑人格是编辑主体在从事编辑活动的具体实践中逐渐形成的比较稳定的心理倾向和心理特征的总和。编辑的人格维度包括德行人格、文化人格和审美人格。编辑只有在德行人格、文化人格和审美人格三个方面和谐发展才能塑造成理想的编辑人格,达至人格的最高境界。
Abstract：
The personality of editors refers to the embodiment of their relatively steady mental inclination and psychological merits gradually formed in the practice of editorial activities.The personality includes moral,cultural,and aesthetic dimensions.Only with the harmony of the three dimensions can the utmost and most ideal personality be formed.
