On the system of premonitory registration of the real estate

摘要：
我国《物权法》第20条对预告登记的范围?效力和消灭等作了规定。这对完善我国社会主义法律体系,促进社会经济健康发展具有重要作用。但是我们也看到,我国刚刚通过的《物权法》中第20条的规定仅仅是确立一个制度的原则性规定,对一些重要问题的规定不明确。
Abstract：
Article 20 of the Chinese property law states the scope,force and abolition of the premoditory registration.This is thought of as positive to improvement of the national legal system of the socialism and social economy.Meanwhile,the paper discusses the improvement of the very article.
