摘要：
北洋政府时期,军阀之间的混战对长芦盐务造成了严重冲击和影响,其中尤以第二次直奉战争为甚。它不仅直接影响了长芦盐的运销和盐税收入,而且由于战争期间军阀为筹措军费干涉盐政,使长芦盐政遭到进一步的破坏。
Abstract：
The northern warlords fight for long and this seriously affects the Changlu salt business,in particular,the second war between the Zhili and Fengtian groups.Sales and revenues are hindered,salt administration is sabotaged.
