On the love between Hester and Dimmesdale in The Scarlet Letter

摘要：
《红字》中男女主人公的爱情之花不但没有被清教教规和教义扼杀,而是得之以浇灌,在逆境中茁壮、坚强地生长、绽放,展示了美丽的人间真情。特别是男主人公的爱,在受到上帝对他的意志和对上帝的忠诚历练之后,他的爱变得越加的坚贞,使他公开了他和海斯特的恋情,使有情人终成眷属。尽管丁梅斯代尔没能活着与家人团聚,享受天伦之乐,但他们的爱却在“红字”中永生、传颂。
Abstract：
The puritan canon and teachings fail to prevent Hester and Dimmesdale from loving each other and their love gets fully developed,showing the true feelings in the world.Especially Dimmesdale's love for Hester appears even more faithful that leads to a marital life.Though Dimmesdale fails to get reunited with family,alive,enjoying their happy life,their love remains eternal in The Scarlet Letter,to be eulogized eternally.
